We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, Grovrock is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other events outside of our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us at judeharcsar@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Grovrock is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at judeharcsar@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
