Returns & Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at judeharcsar@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item you received
If we determine that we sent the incorrect item, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product if necessary and will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at judeharcsar@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim.
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- No longer wanting the item
- Sale or promotional items
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for returned items or customer preference.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, mandatory consumer rights under applicable law may still apply where required. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
